Hart Square will work with key staff and users within your appropriate business areas to determine what these requirements are. Using industry-standard templates, we will provide you with a Requirements Specification, which will also include the prioritisation of these requirements.
In some instances, the requirements analysis is preceded with a Feasibility Study. This study will include the business case for the investment, CRM software options, implementation best practices, internal and external resources, initial and on-going costs, delivery timescales and any major risks. If the feasibility study suggests that the product should be implemented, then requirements analysis can begin.
