The CIBSE Knowledge Portal goes Live |

CIBSE's "Knowledge Portal" (KP) is an accessible, readily searchable collection of electronic books and documents relating to building services.
Hart Square helped bring all of CIBSE's publications online through a "Knowledge Portal" integrated with the CRM to deliver value and benefit - in particular, first class information and education services - to their members and stakeholders. One of our CRM consultants explains how Hart Square went about managing the project, and its importance to the modern membership organisation.

Highlights of 2011
Hart Square had a very busy 2011! We have delivered several strategic projects on behalf of our clients and gained a number of new clients too. Here are some of our highlights: |
Our work with The Health Foundation, to deliver an end-to-end CRM solution, has recently seen them go live with MS Dynamics CRM.

The Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment called us in to help them integrate their new website with their Raiser's Edge CRM system. The launch of their website is happening at the end of this month.

We delivered an organisation-wide training program to The Society of Operations Engineers to ensure they got the maximum benefit from their existing CRM system and helped them to streamline their business processes.

We are working with The Foundation Trust Network to identify their business requirements, and procure and implement a new CRM solution. We will see The Foundation go live in the middle of the year.
