How AWS can support your Business Continuity requirements

Amazon Web Services (AWS) will demonstrate solutions to enable non-profit organisations to swiftly move to remote working and keep business continuity. AWS will support customers with service credits for these solutions (including support) and provide access to AWS Solution Architects for guidance on architecture designs.

Amazon Connect – Amazon Connect enables remote agents to service employees and customers, Amazon Connect is an easy to use omnichannel cloud contact centre that helps companies provide superior customer service at a lower cost. Amazon Connect provides a seamless experience across voice and chat for your customers and agents.

Amazon Chime – Amazon Chime is a communications service that lets you meet, chat, and place business phone calls with a single, secure application. You don’t need to switch between applications to collaborate and can instantly go from a chat to a call, share your screen, and invite more people to join your meeting.
