Events and Marketing Team

It’s an exciting time for Hart Square as we are now fully bringing our events, marketing and content production in-house,  We are recruiting to two new roles:

  • Marketing & Content Manager
  • Events & Marketing Co-ordinator

Our plans for 2018/19 include:

  • Building on the success of our annual flagship tech conference, (TechSmart, which has over 300 delegates and 30 sponsors), to deliver our third TechSmart in 2018
  • Building on the launch of our second annual sector conference (chase25, which has over 600 delegates and over 40 sponsors) and planning for the second chase event in 2019
  • Developing our programme of monthly educational workshops/seminars,
  • Launching various products, including two sector newsletters, and associated websites

We have a small, but growing team, dedicated to making a difference to the non-profit sector.  These roles will work closely with our Business Development team and team of expert consultants to deliver this programme of events and content, as well as promoting Hart Square and communicating how we can help NFP organisations.

Marketing and Content Manager

About you

  • You will be an experienced Marketing & Content Manager, ideally from a technology background
  • You will be happy to roll your sleeves up and take on responsibilities as we evolve and grow
  • You will have strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • You will be innovative and keen to contribute ideas and contribute to the growth of our small, dynamic company
  • You will respond well and adapt flexibly to changing requirements, workload increases or shift in priorities
  • You are a highly collaborative individual with a can-do approach
  • You have a proactive approach to work and are willingness to do whatever it takes to aid the smooth running of our events and marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of, and a genuine interest in, the non-profit sector would be advantageous

Events and Marketing Co-ordinator

About you

  • Two years’ event administration experience
  • Degree or qualification in events management or similar
  • Confidence using a variety of social media platforms including LinkedIn for events promotion
  • Experience using registration and website content software
  • Highly organised and comfortable multi-tasking / prioritising a busy workload
  • Confidence when working on solo projects
  • Experience working with charities or associations
  • Happy to roll your sleeves up and take on responsibilities as we evolve and grow
  • Respond well and adapt flexibly to changing requirements, workload increases or shift in priorities
  • A highly collaborative individual with a can-do approach
